What products are best for my specific skin type or condition?

If you have normal to dry skin, consider a hydrating routine like the Crème moisturizer

For sensitive skin, the Mystic Essence is a great choice, as it soothes with a lightweight formula. The mr. Luffa Loofah soap bar is also suited to delicately exfoliate, as it's fully natural and handmade.

If you're dealing with dark spots or oily skin conditions, try our Dark Spot Serum or Niacinamide Serum.

Our Cool Touch Massage Gel, Tough Terrain Balm, Rehab Gel, and Recovery Cream will moisturize all over your body. While the Hair Growth & Scalp Health Oil is specifically made to help with hair loss and scalp dryness.

How long will my product last?

It depends on how big your applied areas are and how often you apply it to them. Other things to consider might be your climate and other living habits. For most people, a 4oz bottle will last about three months with daily use.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of delicate care. Our products are carefully crafted using natural, gentle ingredients that are designed to soothe and nourish even the most picky skin types. We recommend our Mystic Essence and our mr. Luffa Loofah soap bar.

Can I use your products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, our products are generally safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients that are carefully selected. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new products during these sensitive periods. For breastfeeding mothers, our products are designed to be non-toxic and safe if accidentally ingested in small amounts. However, we advise avoiding direct application to the nipple area if you're breastfeeding. Every pregnancy is unique, so it's always best to check with your doctor about using any skincare products, including ours, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How long should I keep my tattoo covered after getting it?

Always listen to your tattoo artist and/or doctors. Typically the initial bandage or cling film stays on a new tattoo for 2-4 hours, then the tattoo is allowed to breathe. Other methods may change this, like a "second skin" bandage which can stay on for 3-7 days.

Itching is a common sensation as the body performs the natural process of healing those tiny wounds. Peeling is also a common reaction, and it’s no worse than a sunburn peel. Once you begin your healing process, to help reduce peeling and to keep your tattooed skin healthy, use moisturizing products like our Lilac & Neem Cream or Tattoo Soothing Dew.

What products should I NOT use on healing skin?

Steer clear of scented products, products with Alcohol, like Aquaphor, and products with harsh chemicals. Stay away from medicated ointments, as ingredients like zinc can potentially strip away ink and cause rashes or bumps. As is the case with Neosporin, petroleum-based products prevent the skin from breathing. While it’s useful for moisturizing extremely dry skin, it’s not something you should ever use on tattoos or other healing skin. Only use tattoo after care products when your skin is no longer an open wound, and 'till then, do not put anything foreign into open skin.

How long does it take to heal?

The healing process for tattoos is as unique as the individual, much like many aspects of life. Tattooing, while a beautiful form of art, does cause trauma to the skin that requires time to mend properly. While the outward signs of healing are typically visible within two to three weeks, the deeper layers of skin may take up to half a year to fully recover. This extended healing period underscores the importance of providing your skin with the necessary nutrients to support its regeneration. Natural, plant-based solutions can be particularly effective in promoting skin healing and preventing complications. Ultimately, proper aftercare is essential for ensuring your tattoo heals beautifully and remains vibrant for years to come.

How do I apply my tattoo after care product? How often?

You should begin using moisturizer before you get tattoos to pretreat the skin. Hydrating cream and gel can be applied with a q-tip or a recently washed fingertip. Dab a small amount on the area, rub it in small circles. Use enough to cover the desired area as often as you like. Daily use is recommended.

Soap can be combined with water to get it bubbly before gently applying to skin before rinsing off. We recommend washing a tattoo two or three times per day. Nothing froeign should ever be put into open wounds. All of our products are made from natural ingredients, but if you have an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients, discontinue use.
